Just a Little Trim
At William and Sabrina's Halloween party this year Allie and I decided to give each other haircuts. Here I am giving one of her pigtails a little snip snip.
William helped me make sure that it was even on both sides.
Afterwards, she gave me a little trim all around.
Allie definitely costs less than Kim and I think she might be better, but Kim gives lollipops.

Great Lake, Great Vacation
At the end of August we took a trip with Big T and Co. and had a wonderful time on Lake Michigan. Here I am walking to the beach.
We were a little late in the season for beach umbrellas, so the Daddies got creative with their set up....each day it got a little less ghetto.
For our first day on the beach, the Mommies decided to put on our Euro-trunks. The Daddies quickly reminded them we were on Lake Michigan and not on an Italian beach. I think this was the last time they were worn....

I had a lot of fun with Sassy finding rocks and making them into a choo choo train.
Occasionally, I would find a dinosaur egg on the beach and have to bury it and then water it so it would grow.
After long days at the beach we came home and tried to wind down for bed time. This was one of our calmer moments that week.
I'm sure many of you remember that I like my swimming water to be as warm as my bath water. So, I spent a lot of time playing in the sand. Here I am getting buried by T-Man. It was hard work for him, but he kept at it!

T-Man worked so hard that day at the beach, so I decided to help Sassy during tubby time. Here I am having an Austin Powers moment while watering Big T to see if he will get any taller.
One day the weather was not so great for the beach, so we went to a water park at the aquatic center. I had so much fun and loved it because the water was so nice and warm!

The Daddies usually had morning duty until it was a respectable hour. Here they are keeping us entertained by pushing us back and forth in this big plastic bin. They got a work out and we had so much fun, Mommy calls that a win-win.
Daddy took me up top to get into the lake, which was a pretty smart idea because once I got in it was not so bad. After a while, maybe ten minutes, I was ready to come out and build a sand castle.

I couldn't make up my mind that afternoon because when Daddy went back in, I wanted back in too!
Here we are playing with Charlie Kitty Cat on the porch. He liked it when we rubbed his belly, but not when we chased him around the yard with swim noodles. Mommy thinks that's why we didn't see him a lot towards the end of the trip.
Since Daddy is so milky and can't sit in the hot sun, one afternoon I covered up and sat with him and Baby Sandy under the tarp. We had fun playing in the sand, but when Teddy found the big tire, I was on to new things!

I got to fly my first kite on a very windy day and it was a little scary how hard it pulled. I liked watching it in the sky and seeing it go higher and higher though!
I had so much fun and it was the best way to end summer. Thanks to Teddy & Co. for a great trip, we can't wait to do another one soon!

July Trips, Slips and Adventures
July was even hotter than June if you can imagine. We had a lot of days when the temp was above 90 degrees! So I spent time inside playing with all my animals.....
Having snacks with George and Pooh...
And taking trips with all my friends in my Thomas tent.
Mi Tab (aka Na Tab) moved to the city at the beginning of July and I was so excited to meet Ethel. Ethel on the other hand was very suspect of me, as you can tell.
I took a trip to the ANHM and got a big boo boo when I was chasing some big kids around the elephant. I was very brave when I went to the doctor's office. He said I did better than some of his adult patients!
The next day, I took an airplane ride with Mommy and Miss Yai to Ohio to visit Khun Ta. Here we are waiting for Miss Yai to get a haircut at her old school Asian salon.
Here I am on my first trip to Friendly's for a very special clown ice cream! When Mi Tab was my age she put it on her head....she's so silly.
One of the best parts of going to Ohio was napping with Mommy after my nap in the crib. I was having so much fun with Miss Yai that I was napping for over 3 hours sometimes! Mommy wishes I would do that now...
Miss Yai took me to the Kid's Zone at the zoo and I had so much fun playing in the water and petting all the animals.

I always go on lots of adventures when I visit Miss Yai! She took me to the Butterfly House and I got to see so many different types of butterflies. I also saw a frog that terrified Mommy, but I loved it.

Since I was in the area, Mommy and I decided to take a train ride to visit Sassy, Big T and baby Sandy. Here I am very occupied watching a Thomas the Train DVD. Mommy and I were in a sleeper car and it was perfect for our trip!
Reunited at last! I was so excited to see my friend and meet his baby brother! Here we are at one of Mommy and Daddy's old favorites for dinner in Lincoln Park.
We all went to Millenium Park where there was a big kids festival with all these hulahoops, blocks and toys.

After we played in the tent, we went to the big fountains and played in the water. The big screens of people's faces were "pretty cool" to look at.

A nice tubby after all the fun we had was a perfect way to end the day!
Big T and I had so much fun at the Shedd Aquarium. We watched a show with dolphins and beluga whales and I even touched a penguin! Here we are having fun at the touching pool and watching the fish in the Amazon exhibit.

On our last day visiting Big T we all went to the Lincoln Park Petting Zoo where I fed a very hungry cow, drove a tractor and even a old-time truck. I had such a wonderful time visiting T-Man and the rest of the team!
