Birthday Celebration

Yesterday I celebrated my second birthday by having a very special day! I woke up and got to open some of presents.....

P'Yu-ing took me to sports class while Mommy made me a very special birthday cake. I was so excited to blow out the candles, but I had to wait for Daddy to come home.

When I woke up from my nap, I saw all my presents waiting for me, I am such a lucky little boy! Every time I open a present I want to play with it, so I haven't made it through all of the yet.

Daddy came home and we made special birthday pizzas together. I was so excited to eat my masterpieces. My favorite was the one with bacon on it....of course!

I was so excited to blow out the candles on my birthday cake, but loved tasting the frosting even more! Thank you to everyone for making my birthday so special this year!

Happy Birthday Snowflake!

Today I turn two years old and in typical Mommy-fashion, she is being very emotional about it. Here I was still a snowflake and a zen baby...

I started walking just before my first birthday and my whole world changed. Here I am with my adventure trike.....

I have had so much fun growing up and playing with all my friends. Mommy can't believe what an amazing and special little boy I have become.

Sorry Miss Yai

Miss Yai came into town earlier this month for my birthday, which we celebrated early this year. I was so excited to see her again because I missed her so much.

Unfortunately for her, I got sick the day after my birthday party and then got her sick too. She was in pretty bad shape with a very nasty cough.

We still managed to have lots of fun and ended up cuddling a lot. I was so sad that she had to leave and ask Mommy if I can call her everyday. I miss you Miss Yai!

Tennesse Without Me

A couple weekends ago, my parents went to Emma and Boyce's wedding in Tennessee.

They wanted to have a fun and relaxing weekend, so I stayed home with Miss Yai. I was semi-excited.

While I was stuck in the city with bad weather and a sick Miss Yai, my parents enjoyed warm, sunny days in the south. They walked to UT campus and enjoyed a leisurely afternoon exploring the downtown.

Mommy and Daddy had such a great time catching up with all their friends. We are all so happy for you Emma & Boyce! I wish I could have been there too!

Blast Off

Sorry I have been away so long. I have been busy with birthday celebrations, visits from out-of-towners, being sick and getting ready for T-Man to leave. I also went on an important mission at the museum, click on the link below to see.... AMNH Launch

Dear Teddy Tuesdays

Dear T-Man,
It hasn't really sunk in yet that you have moved away. I was just telling Mommy that it only feels like yesterday that we were all having so much fun in the park. It rained all day today and I missed going to the museum with you. Hope you are enjoying the windy city and can't wait to visit you soon. Take care of Sassy, the Littlest Dude and Pete too.
Night Night,
Narinn

Sheep Shearing

A couple weeks ago I went to Stone Barns Farm for their annual sheep shearing day. I was very excited to see all the animals.

I was impressed by how none of the sheep cried when they got their hair cut and thought to myself, if they can do it, I can surely not cry when Kim gives me a little trim.

While I was there I visited with some chicken and some pigs. Mommy and Daddy were surprised how fearless I was with the chickens. I kept picking up pieces of dirt to try and feed them because I thought they were seeds.

It was a perfect day for a drive out of the city. We had such an exciting morning visiting with the animals that I needed to refuel at the top of the hill.

I wasn't the only one who was hungry, so we all sat for a delicious lunch before heading back home. Thanks for a fun road trip everyone!

Flashback Sundays

Last year Shaun came back to the city to visit with Mommy and I for an afternoon. He was pretty shocked by how big I got.

Here I am celebrating Mommy's first Mother's Day with her in the park last year. I had such a fun time swinging and learning how to walk.

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all my favorite mommies out there! Mommy and Daddy got back from Knoxville this evening to have a little time to celebrate this special day with Miss Yai too!
