After a nice nap for us and bananagrams for our parents, we went to see the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. We were all so surprised at how small the bell was.
Thank goodness it was already broken, because after another covert operation, all fingers might have been pointed in my direction. We both wanted to get better look at the bell to see why it was special. I got Big T to distract Daddy while I tried to break through.
After that operation failed, our new strategy was to overwhelm Daddy with our presence so that at least one of us could get up close and personal. Here is Big T going for the gold....
In the end we never made it, but Daddy said that Pete majored in US History so he would explain it to us later. Here I am enjoying a great view of Independence Hall from the bell.
