Frosting Fun

I had so much fun yesterday because William and Marci invited us over to bake and decorate Christmas cookies. The mommies baked 5 dozen and the babies decorated some of them. Here I am having some fun frosting Sara's hand.

I tried to shake some sprinkles on the cookie as pants, but they ended up getting all over the table. The clean up crew had their work cut out for them.

My favorite part of sugar cookies is the frosting. I loved dipping the cookie in frosting off the table and then eating it. Mommy thinks I ate around 2 cookies that way, I think it was more around 4!

Here I am showing off my new goatee fashioned out of frosting and sprinkles! Thanks William and Marci for all the fun and sorry for the mess!

Christmas Tree

Yesterday we went to pick out our first Christmas tree. When I came back home later that day I was so happy to see that it was delivered. The first thing I did was welcome the tree to our home. I love the way it smells!

Since the tree was a little crooked, Mommy needed to wait for Daddy to come and fix it before we could unwrap it. Here I am taking a pic with my 5ft. friend.

Daddy came home and was impressed with our pick! He unwrapped our friend and moved her to a different location. I can't wait to decorate and make her beautiful.

Small Apartment, Lots of Friends

Yesterday Mommy and I hosted some friends at our apartment. I had not seen my friends in such a long time because of all my traveling, so we had so much fun catching up. Here are some of us showing off our pearly whites.

Santa Is Not My BFF

This weekend my parents took me downtown to visit Santa. I get my memory from Daddy, so I don't remember much from last year and didn't remember Santa at all. This unfortunately led to a less than pleasurable chat with him.

Santa has a lot of experience with kids, so he was pretty resourceful and gave me a lollipop and let me hold his jiggle bells.

However, I'm very familiar with trickery, so when I realized what was going on I let everyone know that I was not happy. Not even Mommy sitting next to me could remedy the situation. We are all hoping for a better experience next year!

Mainly Mozart

I had so much fun playing with all of Miss Yai's toys. I had the most fun with her piano! It has so many more keys than my piano at home. Here I am showing her my mad skills, all self-taught I might add.

I think I saw her get a little misty eyed while I was playing because it reminded her of when Mommy and Na Tab first started to play. She quickly remembered her ordeal in getting them to practice everyday and her eyes dried up.

Leafy Greens Anyone?

While I was at Miss Yai's house I discovered the salad spinner in her cabinets. What a cool and entertaining invention....

Here I am showing the city folk how it works...

After I showed her I knew what I was doing she put me to work. Here I am very proud of myself for drying off the lettuce! If only everything was this much fun.

Gobble, Gobble

This year Mommy cooked Thanksgiving dinner at Miss Yai's house. Usually Na Tab does the heavy lifting as Mommy supervises, but Miss Yai had to step into some pretty big shoes. Here is the good prep job she did before the bird went into the oven.

Last year I didn't get to eat dinner with everyone because I was new to solid food, but this year was a different story. Thea Kasiani and I were so excited when we heard it was time to leave for Miss Yai's house!

Na Tab did a great job carving the turkey, here she is demonstrating how easy it is.

I had my own adult chair at the table and felt like such a big boy. The turkey was my favorite and I think everyone else's too. I was so happy to eat leftovers!
